Package Options

Phone Consultations

These consultations are done over the phone and are 40-60 minutes long.  Cara will ask a number of in-depth questions to help get a full and clear picture of why you are experiencing sleep disturbances with your baby, and alongside you, come up with a detailed plan to change the current situation.  You will receive a typed up plan written specifically for your family, and 6 follow up calls to guide you through making the changes recommended.

Home Consultations

These are only available in the wider Auckland region with Cara, but she can refer you to a consultant she trusts in other areas of New Zealand should you prefer or require an in home visit.

Choose between:

2 hour daytime visit (great for younger babies)

3 hour bedtime visit (perfect for older babies/toddlers and bedtime difficulties)

6 hour half night visit (to help with bedtime challenges and consistency through the first half of the night)

12 hour overnight visit (our most comprehensive package for a full night of support with sleep training).  Please contact Cara if you would like multiple consecutive nights as a special package is available.

All in home consultations include the time spent in home, a plan written specifically for your family and the sleep challenges you are facing and 6 follow up support calls.  Travel outside of a 15km radius is charged at $0.95/km and is invoiced after the consultation.

30 Minute Snooze Session

This option is perfect if you have a few simple questions you'd like answered, such as how to drop a nap and when, a plan for daylight savings time change, getting over jetlag, when to move to a new routine etc.  This option comes with no written plan or follow up support, so is not suitable for more complex issues.
