Ooly has many colour options to choose from with its glow - we recommend red or orange for bedtime and overnight - whereas most other sleep trainer clocks use a blue glow light to show it is night time. Research shows that blue/white/green glow inhibits melatonin secretion (the hormone responsible for sleep), which is not ideal when trying to improve your child's sleep!
The intuitive app makes Ooly fully customisable and means Ooly cannot be tinkered with by a child, as there are no inviting buttons to play with.

We got Ooly when our 2 year old was having real trouble with naptimes and going to bed. It's easy to set and easy for her to understand - it's virtually eliminated the exhausting negotiations around what time it is. And now that daylight savings has ended, it's been helpful to remind her to stay in bed till Ooly turns green. It's kid and parent friendly and robust enough to handle the odd knock. An immensely useful tool for any parent of toddlers.
We had tried everything to help my 5 year sleep, he became scared of the dark and a nightmare sleeper with a very vivid imagination when he turned 3. Early wakes were also becoming a thing sometimes as early as 3am because he was too scared to go back to sleep in the dark he would just get up for the day. I needed to find something before he started school and Ooly has proven to be a life saver! He has been sleeping consistently and not yoyoing back to me in the night saying he is scared or getting up and turning every light on in the house at ridiculous hours. Ooly has been a game changer in our house and I couldn't recommend it more!!
When my kids kept calling out asking when the sun would be up so they could get out of bed I knew there had to be a better option.
Since getting our Oolys our mornings are more calm as the kids know when they can have quiet time before getting out of bed for the day. We’ve even had better overnight sleep due to the no blue light feature.
I love how we can personalise different colours for different times during the days to mean different things.

The Ooly has completely changed her sleep habits and we now are getting full nights sleep. It’s so easy to use and customize to what colours and times we want her to sleep/wake.
It’s soft enough for her to sleep with it and she ways asks for it before bed. AMAZING!
Ooly is easy to programme on your phone and the concept was simple for our 2.5 year old to pick up. She runs excitedly into our room in the mornings once Ooly has turned green telling me it's time to wake up :)
